Adam Foss I took my American girlfiend to see the Cathederal at the weekend. She was absolutely blown away by it, as was I. It was a tremendous day out.

Jayne Brabrooke, USA I visited the cathedral in 1992 when the scaffolding was covering the steeple. This September I am coming back to see it and the Magna Carta. The cathedral is breathtaking.

Aidan Quinn I was stationed at Dinton in 1944 and 1945 with the United States army air Corp. I spent many happy hours visiting the grounds of the Cathedral. I think of it often.

Charles Dawson I visited Salisbury Cathedral on 21/02/09 and went on a "Tower Tour". My guide was Jennifer and it was fantastic. What a magnificent building!!!!!!!!!!

Jim Barker In March of 2006, my wife, daughters, and I toured Salisbury Cathedral. Visiting your website brought back wonderful memories of our time in Salisbury. I teach middle school social studies in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Sharing our trip to England, with the students I teach, is something I look forward to each year. I long for a return visit to Salisbury Cathedral one day.

Tim Andrews What a beautiful cathedral! Congratulations on the restoration. All England should be proud of such a magnificent and historical piece of architecture. Nothing like that here in the states.

Graham Lovegrove, Australia My wife & I were able to visit your beautiful Cathedral in June 2008. It was a wonderful & moving experience. We also were able to visit Winchester, Chichester, Canterbury Cathedrals as well as Holy Trinity Parish Church at Stratford Upon Avon and St. Leonards, Hythe. This last Church has been my ancestors place of worship for over 600 years. This was a very emotional experience. We enjoyed & appreciated every one of these historic places. May they all continue to give their local worshipers & visitors inspiration. We do hope to visit them all again one day plus York Cathedral. A visit there was planned but time beat us.

Catherine Hughes I work for Earnley Concourse and attended a one day photographic course where I met Dennis Martin (one of your guides). He was an extremely nice gentleman and has given me the encouragement to visit Salisbury Cathedral with my husband and hopefully take some photographs.

Lindsey Murray Evje I'm currently living in the U.S., but lived in Salisbury when my youngest son was just a toddler. Several times a week I would take him to the Cathedral just to absorb the history, the unimaginable beauty of the building and the wonderful sense of peace and tranquility. I still visit several times a year and it has provided me with a great sense of comfort. Though not a christian, I'm tremendously grateful for the Cathedral and the role it continues to play in my life. (My son grew up loving to be in the Cathedral as well; his fascination for, and love of the building, has never left him.)

Thank you.

Lindsey Murray Evje
